My guess would be Khonsu, because He's got the Amun-plumes, but is a kid. That's a really strange statue.

Sandra Sandri writes in her book Heru-Pa-Khered that "Heru-Pa-Kkeret, the great one, the firstborn of Amun" was a common Epithet of Heru-Pa-Kheret. (e.g. p. 29) From the 26th Dynasty on the title "the great one, the firstborn of Amun" was transferred to Heru-Pa-Khered, his right and legitimacy to rule Egypt was attributed like the one of the living king to the birth legend of Amun. (p.149)

Oh wow, Tanebet! That almost looks like the same statue as the one Ubenet posted! It looks like that is most likely Heru-pa-Khered then. One thing is certain: that is almost definitely not Wesir.
