Hello everyone! My name is Zuni, and I'm a software engineering student in New Zealand.
I'm very new to KO and kemeticism in general... I had been a lifelong atheist, but recently discovered paganism and was investigating things like wicca but it never felt right. Then, first, Bast called to me, then Sekhmet and Aset, and since then I've been very interested in learning about and even practicing egyptian mythology. I'm not sure yet that this is 100% my path forever, but I feel comfortable that it is right for me at this time, and that is fine. I'm hoping to join a beginners' course soon and learn all that I can, I'm so excited. ;D

Em hotep, Zuni, and welcome! An interesting story that’s brought you here. :)
You and I are at opposite ends of software engineering: student and retiree! Yes, I’m one of the older people here, but one of the newest House members as I only completed the Beginners’ Class last month. I’m sure you will love the class and learn a lot from it, including about yourself!
Enjoy your stay here. :D

Em hotep and welcome, Zuni!!
Your story is similar to mine, I was more or less atheist my entire life until I met Bast! I had started looking into other paths previously, but none of them really fit until I found kemeticism. I hope you enjoy your time here and the beginner's class as well!

Hotep and welcome! Never been to NZ, but I know it is filled with wonderful people :) I don't know what your path will be, but hopefully you learn and enjoy your time here, however long that may be.
