I know from Bezenwepwy (and from a conversation during a saq!) that there are solar jackals. I've heard of Wepwawet-Ra and Wepiu, but that's the extent of my knowledge ^.^;;

Solar Netjeru: Bennu? Mandulis?
Edit: Thank you for adding them!

Em hotep! *henu*
This list is so great! Thanks for sharing it!
Hepetet is a netjeri occasionally and/or occasionally an epithet of a number of Eye of Ra goddesses including, but not necessarily limited to Aset, Serqet, and Sekhmet. (Which is super cool because She's a special form doing specific things that don't necessarily relate to 'embracing' the way we'd think of it. :3)
And I believe nHmt awAy is written as Nehmet-Awai and tA snt nfrt (of tA snt nfrt tfnt) as Tasnetnofret (of Tasnetnofret Tefnut) in English, but I'm not sure as much on the second one. 😅

Thank you all so much for the other Names sugestions and for your explanations, Ra'awy, on Hepetet and on the other Names that are in Kemetic, those I got from the LAGG
-
Maahes is also an Eye of Ra.

Maahes is also an Eye of Ra.
A male Eye of Ra? :O That's the first time I heard of it
-
yea i was sure that there were male eyes of Ra too? maybe some searching into it.
-
Interesting. I didn't know that either, but a quick search pulled up one of His epitaphs being "iry-ra" which apparently means Eye of Ra? I do not know the validity of any of this - I only found it in one place.

Iry-Ra indeed means Eye of Ra, the title have an extra "t" after Iry, for feminine (Iryt-Ra), but I couldn't find it anything related to it on Ma'ahes pages on the LAGG, only very strong protection aspects. Always heard about only female Eye Names, but I trust you all and added Him on the list

Shu is also a solar Netjer AND an Eye of Ra/Atum :)
I would also like to know a bit about the basis for your categorization, given that your list of solar Netjeru only includes male Names. I mean, there are quite a few female Names Who I definitely consider to be solar, but maybe we understand it differently?

I must be really tired, because this didn't even occur to me! But now that you've brought it up... I would assume that any deity depicted with a solar disc could be considered a solar deity, regardless of gender, right?

Em Hotep, Akhyt! I listed the Names that are the Sun somehow. When I first started to do this list, there were a lot of female Names on it, but I started to realized that they are all Eyes of Ra, so I decided to do a subcategory in it and put the Eyes goddesses on the other list
And thanks for Shu, I had no idea He was also an Eye <3
