if I did have the prayer book would you not think I had already browsed through it and not found what I was seeking?
google?? no frickin way! why didn't I think of that before!
there is in fact a very good reason why I asked you people.
I did not just on a lazy whim say "hmm, I'll just throw this post up on the boards because I don't want to do the work myself".
its an attempt to interact with the community here. An attempt to elicit a response from individuals within the Kemetic community here, in order to, well I dunno, maybe actually feel like a part of that community?
but if all I'm going to get is "go do it yourself", well then I might as well.
mods, please delete my forum account. I'm done with this [censored].

Hello friends,
I am seeking praises to Djehuty that include reference to His everlasting strength and wisdom.
Both ancient and modern will suffice.

I'm also relieved that I can be forgiven for past mistakes on prayers and rituals, and I will strive to do better in the future. Hello, and welcome to the boards. I would like to propose the idea that you cannot be forgiven for your past "mistakes" in regards to prayer and ritual, because they were not mistakes at all if they were genuine and heart-felt. There are many different ways to honor and connect with the Gods, and I'd wager that none of them could aptly be called "wrong". Some may be more efficient or effective than others, but that does not make them inherently wrong. My relationship with Yinepu was for years and years something huge and vast and great, without the senut that the Kemetic Orthodox peoples practice. When you act and speak from your heart, the Gods listen. There is no right or wrong way in that.

I've had my natron in a glass jar with a metal lid for over a year now. No repercussions.

IMHO, each Netjeru has Their own creative force. Look to new Names for inspiration, yes, but do not forget to delve into the generative force of your RPD lineup.
I work with unfamiliar Names when doing art, but it is always my Father and Beloveds who influence my work the most.
Creativity is a process, unique to each individual. Yes, you can appeal to some Names for a little "push", as it were. But ultimately you are still you, and you have your own unique process.
My suggestion is thus- explore the creative aspect of your Parents and Beloveds. They know you best and will be more helpful in facilitating creativity than a Name you do not know.

I have heard others mention this before, so you are not alone. I myself experienced this way, waaaaaay back in the day. Long before I even knew exactly what I was dealing with.
I concur with what others have previously stated about the body processing energy. It may also be the case that this is a new energy to you, so you are not used to it yet. The more you experience Him the more you will adapt.

Don't remember where I found this, but I like it.
"Before you were born, when you were a spirit, Nut, Sky goddess, dark body with its mighty heart, you grew strong in the belly of your mother, Tefnut.
Somewhere within you, even then, was perfect knowledge of your selfhood. Somehow you recognized your perfect name. You stirred in your mothers womb when that name was spoken.
Nut, daughter more powerful than your powerful mother, Nut, great goddess who became the sky, the arching sky, Nut, goddess so beautiful your beauty fills the earth, which you embrace with your powerful arms, which you hold,
like a mother, like a Queen, like a woman in love."
