Nearly half of all Western European men are related to the Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamun, British media report, citing a team of geneticists in Switzerland.

Scientists at a Zurich-based DNA genealogy center, reconstructed the DNA profile of the boy Pharaoh, who ascended the throne at the age of nine more than 3,000 years ago.

The results showed that King Tut belonged to a genetic profile group to which more than 50 per cent of all men in Western Europe belong, indicating that they share a common ancestor.

Around 70 per cent of Spanish and 60 per cent of French men also belong to the genetic group of the Pharaoh, while the figure among modern-day Egyptian males does not exceed 1 percent, the study says....

[PUBLIC] Netjer (Our Gods & Goddesses) / Sekhemet Shock
« on: April 25, 2012, 06:58:26 am »
I just thought i would share something with you guys to see if you have experianced anything similar with Sekhemet.

I was baking bread from scratch and thought it might be a nice thing to do to ask Sekhemet to join me. I, straight away, got the image of Her helping to knead the bread and laughing like a child with a new toy, she seemed so happy and excited. I was a little bit taken back by this as i have always though of Her as very "no messing" kind of deity. I must admit it was very nice.

The bread is currently resting before baking, but i will obviously be offering some to Her.

Anyone else had anything similer happen?
