[PUBLIC] Kemetic Orthodox Q&A / Returning
« on: June 12, 2019, 06:55:06 am »
Hello friends,
After much thought, I have decided to return to Kemetic Orthodoxy after years of being away. I did the beginners class in around 2010 and received my parentage, but I would like to progress to receiving a name and furthering my knowledge.

[PUBLIC] Kemetic Orthodox Q&A / Re: A Question on Temples
« on: November 25, 2010, 07:34:48 pm »
What about, instead of a Temple a place for the whole community both KO and non KO. You mentioned people being turned away. What about somewhere thats a mix of shelter for those who need it, community charity shop, cafe, temple, admin area.
Other religions do it. Why not start having bases like that around the world.

[PUBLIC] Kemetic Orthodox Q&A / Naming
« on: November 25, 2010, 07:20:40 pm »
I have recently come back into the fold of KO and would like to be named. I had my RPD and have Ptah Sokar and Hathor Sekhmet as parents and Set and Aset Serqet as beloveds.
How do i go about being named?

[PUBLIC] Netjer (Our Gods & Goddesses) / Re: Djehuty as Artisan

After my first proper pray session. I had a very vivid dream. I was back in Thebes, the building of Karnak or Thebes temple. Ptah and Djehuty were there as well as other people. They were gathered round a plan of the temple. And Ptah and Djehuty instructed me to rebuild Egypt to what it was before.
It made no sense then. But now it does. I'm starting a buisness in making and crafting 1/12th scale miniatures of Ancient Egypt.

[PUBLIC] FAQ: RPD (Rite of Parent Divination) / Re: Set and Heru-wer in RPD
« on: November 25, 2010, 07:01:14 pm »
My RPD came up as Ptah Sokar and Hathor Sekmet as my parents. And then Set on his own and Aset Serqet as my beloveds.
I match my RPD so well. Ptah is a big thing as I'm a mini crafts person. I'm setting up a buisness where i recreat Ancient Egpt in 1/12th scale.
Hathor as my caring side. But with Sekhmet as my fiery undertone.
I'm still figuring out my Aset serqet bit. But my set side can be let loose on occasions.
