Wepwawet's year lasts until Wep Ronpet, yes. prior to that, Aset gives Hemet the yearly oracle and tells her whose year it will be

we have a relatively set calendar based on our Nisut's location in Portland. Wep Ronpet falls on August 5th based on that calendar

agreeing with the others, who fits those roles best is up to you and your Netjeru

for me, unconditional love comes in the form of my mother, Aset and also Sekhmet. i associate Ptah-Sokar-Wesir with the sea, and Wepwawet with opening the way for wealth and prosperity

you could be, definitely, but it's hard to know for sure. everyone's UPG on what She is like is going to vary, even if slightly. if you think She may be coming to you in that form, then that's something you can ask Her about in whatever way you're comfortable

I experience my Mother mainly in Her epithet of Lady of All the Stars, but She is also for me Aset-Amenti, Weret Hekau, and other things I haven't discovered yet. our Netjeru are great and vast, as well as squishy. however They appear to each of us may vary at any time, depending on what we need and how They feel

hope this helps!

em hotep! always good to see a new face

I definitely wasn't sure about joining the HoN at first. my partner has been KO as long as we've been together (3.5 years now) but I didn't decide to sign up for the beginner's class until the middle of last year. even when I signed up to be a beginner, I wasn't sure that I would stay on as a remetj, or become a shemsu after that. that being said, I'm now fully confident that this is where I belong, and I feel very happy being a part of this community

I did worship the Netjeru for around 6 months before I started the beginner's course? primarily Aset, Djehuty, Wesir, Wepwawet, Yinepu... all of whom have stuck with me since. you don't need a temple to spend time with your Netjeru. try reaching out and seeing if there's anything specific They'd like from you. talk to Them. keep yourself open to others who may want to approach you. I hope you enjoy getting to know Them more  :)
