My mom's dog, who is her whole world, has a rare auto immune blood disorder and is in the vets. My mom is not handling this well.
I'd like to request prayers for both their healing and safety.

So after years of wanting to have tubal ligation surgery I am having it on Thursday at 8 am. So far things are going well. I just have to get all my school work caught up and ready before Thursday. That is really more concerning then the Surgery!
So prayers for my health and successful school completion please!

I adore my father Amun-ra. But even before he was revealed as my father I have sun-sentive lupus and many of my other illnesses have medications that say "avoid sun exposure "
This was disheartening to me at first. How could I be near my father in his solar aspect if it migh make me ill? So ill I could die?
I did not recieve a cure for none exists.
But I prayed. I learned that sunscreen/block isn't Amun-ra/Ra/solar god block.
It is to protect us like the ancients wore black eye kohl to protect from the glare and keep healthy.
We have sunglasses now but I apply my 150 spf as an offering to my father. As a kind of modern kohl. It protects me from his great might, keeping me healthy and safe. Sunscreen is a gift from him to me. A gift to give me a long life following his ka.

This seems like it would be a common name in AE but for the life of me I cannot figuire it out. I'm trying to translate/transliterate
"Amun Protects Me " I've found a few clues, I know how to spell Amun and I've found 2 different ways to say/write protect.
I know there is a shemsu named Asetbesai
translated and as "Aset nurtures/protects me" so would it then be Amunbesai? And how would that be written out? I'll make a donation to the house same as I did for my shemsu name translation if someone can help me?

Oh hey I know that show! I've watched it a bunch, even before it got canceled and brought back. It has always, always had an extremely Christian bias. Any episode that deals with any other religion, from native American practices, Judaism and especially wicca or anything pagan related it is always bad and Christian means are needed to "save" the day.
It's very biased. But it's pretty finny with the terrible acting etc at times.

I've been looking for good books, biographies, scholarly works, just anything a bit more in depth and weighty then the kids books I've found on Ramesses II/the great. I saw his name in a cartouche in a dream, so I've been meaning to look into it.
Any recommendations?

I have Netjer who are my gods, that are in my line up that I worship first and formost. These to me are like my immediate family. My parents, aunts and uncles. Sometimes it feels like extended family comes along. Right now I'm getting to know Khonsu because he is one of the gods over the year, and we share a Dad. So to me he is like a step brother.
Sometimes powerful netjer might show up like Aset. To me she is like a smart powerful great aunt. We work on heka, divination, trance work etc together. Other dieties are like my cool cousin friends who stop by and hang out, or I call if I need help and they might have the spiritual equivalent of a pick up truck I could borrow. So I'm not so much bothered as it is like getting phone calls from various family members.

This summer has been incredibly hard on my family, my spouse decided to nor do summer courses for his phd, and that was our main source of income. I've been applying for a job at any place hiring since may, but nothing so far. Things are pretty sure right now money wise and just some prayers to help, just anything, would be so appreciated
