What role do netjeri have? I am kind of worried about my cats...

Thank you all for your prayers! Now they think I have cystic fibrosis, which would account for the cysts on my pancreas.

I find myself talking to Shu when it gets windy outside...mostly just me telling Him to take it easy!

I also feel Ra in the Sun, and talk to Him that way as well.

Thanks to everyone who replied! I understand it much better now. :)

Second is Ra. Hard to explain but there is just something about Him that I feel drawn to. I haven't acted on it yet, but every time I think about Him there just seems to be something...different, something that makes Him stand out to me.

I know what you mean! Ra has always stood out to me.

[PUBLIC] Netjer (Our Gods & Goddesses) / Sekhmet and Bast
« on: March 15, 2015, 06:14:45 pm »
I don't think I've ever really understood this. Are Sekhmet and Bast the same, as in, they are different aspects (syncretized?) and make a composite, or are They totally separate from each other? I've heard both, and I'm very curious. I have been very close to Bast for some time, but have never felt Sekhmet, which leads me to believe that they are separate, distinct aspects of Netjer.

Any insight would be helpful :)

Senebty,
