It's completely doable! I am a Wiccan High Priestess and a Kemetic Orthodox Shemsu.
As was stated above, I do not put the two together. When I am practicing Kemetism, it's focused on Kemetism and vice versa.

Thank you for your response!

Em Hotep!

I came across something in my research that mentioned about Sia, Hu, Heka, Irer and Sedjem being 'members' of Amun-Ra's 14 creative powers. I'm very interested in learning more about the other members and what they represent etc, but am having a hard time finding resources online that refer to this. Was hoping someone on here either knows info about this they are willing to share or could point me towards resources that would likely contain information on this?

My beloveds: Sekhemet and Amun-Ra. As well as my mother Aset-Serqet is coming out more lately for connection. :)

Thank you to all who replied.

Some great suggestions here. I will definitely check out the baths too.

Em Hotep everyone!

I am working on putting together heka/ritual to remove blocks, aggressively, on a long-standing situation in my life. I belief most of them are mental/emotional in nature, with a few practical components as well.
Sekhmet-Hethert is one of my beloveds and as of the last 8 months Sekhmet has been the loudest Goddess in my life. She bids me to let her show me things, as such I felt initially called to work with her on this, but while speaking with another sister, she mentioned that Serqet (Aset-Serqet is my Mother), as she is usually the one more associated with mental/emotional illness/anguish, might be the better choice or at least to incorporate her. As well, Wepwewet, as the opener of ways.
So, what I'm asking for is suggestions and info on them: Info on their natures in helping, the best offerings and anything else that might help me. :)
Please and thank you

Em Hotep!

Sekhmet is one of my beloveds and has also been one of the loudest names in my lineup since having my RPD done.
For me she is the passion behind the doing of all inspirations...desire made manifest. She is the heat of the fire, the shadow cast by the physical when her fire casts its light against it. This can be frightening, but more often her ability to highlight life's contrast is illuminating and uplifting.
Personally, I've had issues with manifesting my inspirations by seeing them to completion. In this sense as well, she has been a great personal help to me to overcome stagnicity.

Since receiving my RPD, I'd say Sekhmet-Hethert is the loudest beloved, aside from Amun-Ra. In particular, Sekhmet and i, too didn't have much of any relationship  beforehand.
Too me Sekhmet is the fire of passion that can burn you up or light a fire under your a**. The part of any inspiration or knowledge that then requires you to act on it. She also embodies the important contrast to peace and harmony-destruction and chaos, which sounds awful, but plays an important role in a world where our current human experiential template, or understanding of it is one of dualistic forces.....the contrasting forces allow us to better grasp that which we DO want by having something to compare it to. Its about gratitude and balance...that something good can come out of anything and everything.
With Hethert, I am still in my infancy of understanding. She takes joy in beauty- and beauty is in everything, not just what is outwardly pleasing to the senses, and as such, Hethert is in all things when you can connect with it in a joyous manner.

I love rats! I've had many over the years. Very sweet and intelligent.
My condolences.
