The few times I've felt Him around, He's been... quiet. Mostly, I just remember brown wings. Protective brown wings. You know that type of statuary where Him in hawk/falcon form is behind the Nisut's head, wrapping His wings around his head? That's the image I mostly get of Heru-sa, of Him behind my head like that.

Really? I've always felt he was more of a wild guy in his twenties. Whenever I'm running around outside I feel like he's running with me going, "Can't ya go faster?" Also, when ever I see a hawk flying around the sun I get a very, "Yo what's up?" feeling. He seems almost modern to me in his mannerisms.

Also I have yet to encounter Heru-wer... sorta curious now being he seems to be "The Big Shot" (or "Big Sh--" depending on your POV lol).

@Ravyn, I get enough of the playful side from Sobek, actually. Sobek's not that serious with me. Heru-sa, on the other hand, is more of a warrior, at least to me. I think He's balancing Sobek out, since the two of Them are so close (at least for me).

Within a year of my divination, Heru-sa-Aset completely turned my world around! All the inner strength and self-respect I felt I had lost were returned to me, and tripled! He has helped me through a LOT, and I am thankful to him for all he has done in my life!

The feeling I get from Heru sa aset is that he wants me to feel confident and love myself for who I am.
I must admit I have low self esteem so I often wonder if he started to connect to me to help me be stronger...thats the impresion i get from him anyway. He enjoys life and wants everyone else to enjoy it too!

Edit: opps just realised how old this topic is...

Hotep Everyone!

For my image of Heru-Sa-Aset I use the full falcon form wearing the Double Crown. It is my favorite image of him. I also do not get a young child or a playful Netjer, but rather a quiet, strong mature Prince of command and responsability.

Wasi will laugh at the titles I've come up for him that has become a small joke I don't think he dislikes..LoL

Also with chocolate, I agree he has an obsession. I cannot bring chocolate into the room without him having some most adamently!

Dua Heru-sa-Aset! I really owe Heru thanks for bringing me to the house, and even if he's not my parent, I thank him for that.

Well, this is an old topic, but i just thought I'd bring it back up.
I've noticed that not many people work with him. Honestly, it makes me kinda sad....OK, maybe just a smidg upset 'cause I think he's the best. i could be biased, though. :)

In my experiences with him, he is the playful child, the passionate warrior, the healer, the loyal friend, the teacher, and so much more.
Yes, I think he definitely likes chocolate, milk more than dark from my experiences, and coffee apparently is a hit, too.

And in honour of His birthday:

The words of Heru ward off death and they restore to life the one with an oppressed throat.
The words of Heru renew life and make lasting the years of the one who invokes him.
The words of Heru extinguish the fire, his oral powers heal a poisonous disease.
The words of Heru mean saving a man whose fate stands behind him
The magic of Heru wards off bows and makes arrows miss the mark.
The magic of Heru dispels wrath in the heart and soothes
The magic of Heru cures one’s disease.
The magic of Heru soothes the powerful fire and saves from evil disease

I think my son is becoming really close to Heru-sa-Aset. Just throwing that out there. :)

He will like this Tanebet, thank you. He's starting to like anything Heru-y. Haa.
