I was doing a burial in Woodland Historical Cemetery and found this back in 2009. Wanted to share it with everyone.

Looks like a cemetery I need to visit for my monument symbolism program.

And the Wright Brothers are buried there too? Makes sense!

They are!! We are a huge aviation town with WPAFB and the Wright Brothers museums and graves. It is a very beautiful cemetery, my favorite in Dayton. They have historic tours going on all year too. I am vending our Pet Loss services at their anual "Woof Walk." If by chance you do visit it, let me know, I can show you around and I am not a creeper I promis. lol. Well all Funeral Directors are to some point, but thats the nature of the beast :-D

First of all, that is an AWESOME tombstone!

Second, I've been to that cemetery! :) I used to have family that lived in Dayton and we visited it once or twice. I'm originally from northcentral Ohio (Mansfield area) myself. :)

Good find!

Could anyone get the translation and post it?  I'm not likely to get to that cemetery, after all.
