Another Goddess with Plumes

Em hotep!

I'm terrible at identifying, so I appreciate if you all could help me here. My brother gave me   this picture.   Close up. I'm trying to decide Who She is. She does have a vulture headress, so I thought Mut, but She also has plumes.

It's actually a replica from the tomb of Nefertari showing her being led by Heru.  She's wearing the standard queen's diadem during the 18th & 19th dynasty.
