Yes! Quoting   Wikipedia, Kemetism "is a term for Egyptian neopaganism, i.e. neopagan revivals of Ancient Egyptian religion".
The House of Netjer is a branch of Kemetism, not "the head of" or anything of the sort. :) If you are a follower of the Egyptian pantheon, you can be considered Kemetic, Kemetic pagan, Kemetic wiccan, etc, etc.

It's kind of like how the Greek pantheon pagans/followers are called Hellenistic. Hope this answers your queston!

Not to worry! That's the reason Hemet (AUS) has named us Kemetic Orthodox - anyone can be Kemetic; but only members of the House of Netjer are Kemetic Orthodox. Does that make sense?

Makes perfect sense to me. Being Kemetic means following the Ancient Kemetic gods and goddess based on Primary and Secondary information and Kemetic Orthodox is being part of HON or any other group that's connected to KO.

Just clarifying: there are no other groups connected to Kemetic Orthodoxy. If it's not the House of Netjer, then it's not Kemetic Orthodox. We're not better or worse than any other group, but we're the only one rightly called Kemetic Orthodox.
Look out the window. And doesn't this remind you of when you were in the boat, and then later that night you were lying looking up at the ceiling, and the water in your head was not dissimilar from the landscape, and you think to yourself Why is it that the landscape is moving but the boat is still?
