Question about May's Beginner's Class
« on: May 14, 2014, 11:59:46 am »
Hello all,
I sent in an application at the end of February for May's class. I received confirmation that it was received, but have not heard anything since. I read that an email should have gone out May 10th  but although I've checked junkmail etc - I've not received anything. Does this mean I wasn't accepted?
Blessings

No, you're good, I signed up for the May one also and nothing's moving yet.  I think they're still finishing up with the current class, the last session was late starting by about 2 weeks so I'm not surprised they're running in to overtime.  Think of it this way, we'll be in the thick of things for Wep Renpet!

Em Hotep *henu*

That's correct, the current class isn't finished yet and won't until the end of May.
The new class won't start until Mid June.
We will announce it here when the invitations have been sent to the applicants for the next class.

Good, cuz the bookcase I want to use as shrine has been a crap catcher for the last two years & no matter how I plan to I haven't got to cleaning it yet. I don't think Netjer would be too impressed by stacks of paper, assorted cords, and a dusty kazoo :|

So, the new class will start on the 5th if June? Thanks ;)
One question - I have filled the application a few months ago, but I got an email that I should fill it again. Has my application been sent and received?

Em hotep Gleb *henu*

there should have been an automatic "your email has been received" message. Did you receive it?

Please note that everyone has to reply to the invitation email and confirm the participation in the Beginner Class will be sent on June 10th. Obviously the Beginner Class will start after June 10 ;-)

Hotep, Tanebet.
I have received an email that my application has been received.
I was told that I'll be informed about the acceptance or rejection on the 10th of May. On that day I have not received anything.

Hi Gleb,

They had to push back the dates for the class, so the invitation to join the class that was supposed to go around on May 10th, is now going to be sent on June 10th instead.  So look for it on June 10th now :)
