I think I've heard that the University of Chicago's Oriental Institute Museum sometimes offers online ancient language workshops? I'm not 100% certain, though. It might be worth keeping an eye on their website:

If not there, check with your local museums or universities. I took a fun one day workshop on ancient Egyptian language at the Portland Art Museum, a few years ago, that was very good. I still have the workbook I got from it on my bookshelf.
