Pretty sure it's actually supposed to be Horakhty / Re-Horakhty, although that doesn't mean the same iconography might not be used by other gods.

I only skimmed it myself but did note that she actually cites an example of the hawk-headed crocodile "sphinx" appearing on a stela dedicated to Sobek. There's a problem with that though as I looked up the stela in question and it has no inscription. :/
