Misc. Cool Egyptian Things

I found the cutest "statues" for a micro travel shrine.  I bought the seated Ra and can't wait to see how it looks in person.  They are less than 1", so I'm going to test him in a candy tin for comparison.

I really like this style of white and black.

Trust me.  Just search Egyptian in that shop and you won't be disappointed.

Hint for micro shrines: I use "dollhouse miniatures" for libation, flowers, offerings, and candles.  None are designed to be functional, except libation bowl/cup, but it gives an amazing and realistic focal point for worship on the go.  For oil fragrance, use a tiny glass bottle with a cork or screw cap.  Place a piece of cotton inside, then a tiny amount of oil on the cotton.  I open the container as an offering.  A second glass bottle can be used for natron.
Just look at this tiny tea set!  Who wouldn't want it in a micro shrine!

I absolutely love the Set miniature's white, blue, and gold scheme. For all His longstanding celestial functions and associations, one rarely sees Modern renditions of Set in blue, much less anything other than red and/or black as the central color.

(A combo I love involves some royal and navy blues with periwinkle and/or lavender. It may seem "effeminate" to some, but at least for me, those are some serious "Set colors." :D )

I do like this lamp :)

How much does the price equate in American dollars?  I've no clue on the British pound?

Keep posting this stuff.  I love it!

I accidentally stumbled across this website looking at Naos shrines. This man creates custom made statues, ceremonial items, amulets, scribal pallettes, papyrus, stelea, shrines (that can be customized), and even rods with cubit measurements.

He does not use plastics or manufactured (manmade) materials. You can even send him the stone or wood you would like the statue to be made from if you wish. The copyright at the bottom is rather old. So I do not know if he even does things anymore.

I still wanted to share because this made me really excited.
