Meditation
« on: June 06, 2017, 07:12:12 pm »
Em hotep everyone, -henu-

Does anyone know of any Kemetic guided meditations? Has anyone made any?

I have a hard time with free form meditation lately... all my stressors just pop back up into my brain but if there's a guided audio meditation, I can focus.
It's hard to quiet down the murmur of daily life to be able to pick up the godphone.

Thank you!

Senebty,

I'm planning on making some guided meditations (recordings) for myself. They will be Kemetic and specifically geared toward the issues that I'm dealing with right now. If you'd like information on what I plan on doing... please give me a PM.   :D

It's fortunate you posted this! In the beginner chat I asked Nisut (AUS) about how I have made meditation an everyday practice for me and some oddities that happened during them- I had no idea it could be incorporated this way, so I am very interested in anything you come up with :)

There actually is a guided meditation that Hemet (AUS) does every year at retreat, but I do not know if it is open and available for use outside of that event. I will check with her though. If it's available for anyone to use, I'll see if I can share it here. Otherwise, I can offer insight into what I try to do once I get back to my computer (currently posting from my phone)
