Is there a policy on replying to old threads, say only replying to some that are X months old and not over a year?

Em Hotep Mirath,

Welcome to the boards. I'd say feel free to poke around, but I see you've already done so, which is fantastic.

If you're going to reply to threads that a re older than a year (AKA: Necroposting), the forums will prompt you with a reminder that the particular thread hasn't been posted in for some time. AFAIK, we don't have specific rules against Necroposting, though you might want to so a quick subject search to see what else has been written, and then start a topic of your own. You can always quick link for reference if necessary, so that we get the context of what you're trying to ask.

Senebty!

That's good to know, there's a few older threads that look like something interesting, I'd rather make sure I'm allowed to rather than get my post removed haha.

I'm not the kind of person to jump blindly, so I may or may not drop in activity at times. I have to say from reading the forums I've learnt a bit more than where I first started.

Em Hotep Mirath!

I can understand entirely coming from being an Atheist/Agnostic, and sort of finding your way here.  I was raised Catholic but haven't been involved in over ten years when ended up here.  My girlfriend Tamiwi has been apart of KO for as long as I was agnostic, and it ended up being her moving in and being surrounded by Their image that really drew me in.  Set, being the one who caught my attention first for no reason (at least I thought).  Asking questions is one of the things we never deter here, and if anything from what I've experienced it's very much encouraged, unlike some other forms of worship.  My outlook is very based in science, and if you ever want to talk from that perspective, I'm always available.

Happy to see you here, we're all more than willing to answer anything you might have. :)

Em hotep, Mirath!

It's nice to meet you. I'm also transmasc (non-binary); this is a pretty safe place to be as one is, thankfully. It's definitely also a safe place to ask questions, rather than just accepting what one is told - otherwise I would have been out of here six (?!?!) years ago!

Looking forward to getting to meet you,
