Although Bast and Sekhmet are worshiped in different places, is there a "Sekhmet-Bast?"

Yes. There is a deity Sekhmet-Bast.  Some hymns are specifically to her from Dendera and one in the BOD translated by Margaret Murray in her book Ancient Religious Poetry.
