The goddess of the arts and creativity is mostly Hethert as the goddess of creation, love, joy etc.

I personally see Aset as She is my "Hethert" in my personal practice.  I have Aset Amenti and She is big and complex with so many intersections with Nut,  Nebet Het and  Hethert as the Celestial Cow, Tree  Goddess  and Lady of the West.

For other ones:
Ptah--God of Creation  and Craftsmen, Sculpting
Khnum--God of Potters
Aset, Nebet Het, Nit and Tayet--weaving (although mostly clothing for  gods and the dead)
Seshat and Djehuty--Writing
Aset, Nebet Het and Hethert--creative writing..my personal experience

As for Sekhmet, I would see Her as helping nourish passion within creating art, but maybe that's more Hethert, ymmv.  Sekhmet does have an aspect as the Celestial Cow, (which is  the Heavenly Cow/Creator/Mother of Ra/Lady of the Stars and  Ancestors).
