« on: December 25, 2018, 02:39:22 pm »
em hotep i was thinking to put set and yinepu in the same place to pray and put my offerings...but i dont know if it will have a problem in it...because as i know, Yinepu protected hórus as a child..i dont know if they dont like each other much...do you guys think that was better make a shrine just for set and a shrine just for yinepu or theres not a problem in the two being together?...

I'm sure they will be fine together. I've only ever heard of Set having problems near Aset and maybe/sometimes Wesir, but at the end of the day, they are all still siblings. Aset even protected Set from her own son during The Contendings, if briefly.

Set and Yinepu get along well, and their kids do, too. I'm sure we have children of Set and Yinepu together, as well.

I would think that putting Set and Yinepu on a shrine would be ok. In my shrine room, They are side by side although on separate shrines.

Em hotep!

Yinepu is my Father and Set is my Beloved, and They have stood next to each other on my Senut shrine for years with no problems. In my experience, They get along quite well.

Nebet Het and Set had a child, but this child's name isn't mentioned.  Some scholars think this child is Yinepu.  So Set can *possibly* be his Dad.

I think they would get along.
