I love Wep Ronpet and the Epagomenal Days best, though it's also a bit exhausting, because I really do try to celebrate on all the days. Heru-Dad and I share the same birthday, so that makes it extra special.

I also love Beautiful Reunion. It falls around the same time of year as Pride, so I'm always a big mess of emotions about love, courage, and community.

Aset Luminous has also proven to be an exceptionally profound, though quiet and personal, celebration for the past five or so years. Nebt-het pushed me to celebrate it with more intentionality and reflection, and I've found myself having more and more meaningful interactions with Aset, ever since.

I did a double take for a moment because before the last calendar calibration, my birthday was on Heru's day. Now it's the last day of the year. (AKA mad scramble to pack for Retreat.)

I think the one holiday that I always celebrate is Chewing Onions for Bast - I either make something with onions, or Abet and I go out and have a blooming onion at Outback Steakhouse.  Last year, my partner sent me money for a fancy dinner there to help us celebrate. We brought my Bast plush with us, and it was quite silly and fun.

I do enjoy Wep Ronpet, though I imagine I'll like it more when I can either visit Retreat or at least go to the East Coast Retreat.  It's a bit more fun now that Abet is involved, though!

I actually just attended my first Wesir Mysteries and I felt a lot of things.  I've never felt particularly drawn to Wesir until this past year.  I've been dealing with a lot of death in my family (both furkids and humans) and it's been hard.  It's made me reach out in places I never thought I would - Nebt-het and Wesir, mostly.  So, I think this holiday has probably meant the most to me this year.

Even though I'm Kemetic, I LOVE Christmas. I'm the only Kemetic in a Christian family and I share Christmas with the gods. I bring them gifts and put them in my altar. I hate for them to be left out so I celebrate with them.

Em hotep, everyone!

For me, Wag Festival is my favorite. It's such a bittersweet, joyous time for me, one of remembrance and celebration. It feels wholly different from the Akhu Rite, despite similarities in the rites themselves.

I also enjoy the Wesir Mysteries, for the quiet reflection and inner stillness that seems to come with the Vigil in particular.

And, a smaller festival that is nonetheless precious to me, the Feast of Clothing Yinepu. I keep feeling drawn to expand/rediscover this festival for modern times.

I love Aset Luminous since Aset is my Mother.  I love this festival.  I can't put into words why.  Birthday of Aset, with the Beautiful Throne, Thrice Great Goddess.  I love that this is a 19 day festival for Aset.

I love the Procession of Nebet Het (6 days).  It's a part of the larger Khnum-Ra Procession.  Nebet Het doesn't have enough holidays so I celebrate this for Her.

Return of the Wandering Eye Goddess.  I love the Eye of Ra festivals.  So many Goddesses to honor!  I love that this is a 16 day festival.  A goddess to honor each day!

Opet is important to me because of Mut, Sekhmet-Mut and Bast-Mut.

And the 10 day festival of the Birthday of Shu and Tefnut.

And any festival for Wepwawet.

Beautiful Reunion!! <3 I also really like Wep Ronpet, but honestly I think that's more about Retreat than anything.

I have actually given my deities gifts for Moomas, as well! Candy canes and whatnot, and putting things in those lil mini gift bags and putting the little mini gift bows all over the shrine. I haven't done it for a while, tho. :(

I think Wep Ronpet is the holiday I've celebrated most consistently,  and the only one I celebrated before joining KO. I love the feeling of renewal, and getting to focus on one name each for the Epagomenal days.

I also really love the Beautiful Reunion. It's just so happy and joyous and it always makes me smile. Plus Hethert and Heru-Wer are both in my lineup.

I do appreciate the Wesir Mysteries, too. They feel deep and important and I appreciate that.

Oooh, I love this question! My favorite holidays are probably the Wesir Mysteries and Wep Ronpet. :P I also never miss Chewing Onions for Bast, somehow, so it's slowly worked it's way into my heart! <3

My favorite holiday is Nebt-het's procession taking place on IV Akhet 01.  I like it because She gets to spend time with everyone present on that day, and at that time (around Halloween/All Souls/Saints Day/Day of the Dead) a large part of the world is thinking about and/or honoring their akhu.

For the more well known holidays, Wesir Mysteries would be my favorite.  ^_^
