I love this so much, what a great idea and it's very beautiful! I love the drawing on the lid, you are talented! I'm inspired to make my own little travel shrine sometime when I get the inspiration for when I'm on the go.

Thank you so much! I'm glad my art skills haven't faded away with so many years of disuse. ;w; I'd love to see anything you come up with too!

So yesterday/today I put together a little travel shrine/senut shrine, and I'm really proud of it so I thought I'd share it. ;w; I've been going through this thread for a while now and everyone's shrines are so lovely!

https://kawaiiaggron.wordpress.com/2015/05/29/travel-shrinesenut-shrine/

You can click on the pictures to make them bigger, I think. I'd take pictures of my old set up with Bast, Djehuty, and Set but it's not really "in use" while I've been taking the beginner class. I still put the statues and things out in my room though because I felt bad that they where sitting in a box. (and I like having them out, what can I say)

well, that is really impressive! You made a wonderful job, now you make me wanna have my travel shrine!

That's beautiful! The colours are so bright and they look so good :)

My personal/informal shrine I've set up for my Mother and Beloveds. Above this is a display for all my mini icons. I will be adding either a oil or reed diffuser to it.

My Senut shrine only has my Mothers icon on it now. I rather like how clean it feels. I will most likely put some of my art-cards on the wall that have felines on it. Currently they are stacked on the informal shrine.

I finally managed to get a table to use for my shrine but I need to get some sort of table covering.

Back again. I was working on building a new Senut shrine for Bast from scratch. A lot of hours went into this so I'm hoping all my effort has transfered into good heka. Moved Yinepu and Taweret back also.

The only unfortunate thing is I somehow miscalculated the shelves and now my Bast statue doesn't fit facing forward. T.T

Last touches will come later on once I get the LEDs I need for the bottom shelf.

It's not perfect, but I love how it came out.

I created that prayer necklace for her, and I think it looks really pretty wrapped around her icon.

Today, I was bored so decided to go to the craft store.  I ended up walking out with new travel shrine stuff!

The container with the cotton in it has oil soaked in it, for offering.

Em Hotep all,

Took me a while. But here it is! This has been set up in my office for years. I have upsized, and downsized a few times with moves. I am working on my Akhu shrine, but that is going to take some time to complete. Enjoy!
